NEW SHIRT A HIT WITH FANS

The new Leeds Rhinos home shirt has proved to be a massive hit, with Leeds supporters queuing at the club store at Headingley Carnegie Stadium from the early hours of Saturday morning to make sure they were one of the first people to wear the new hooped design. After buying their shirts many fans headed off to the Carnegie Café Bar at the Stadium to watch England take on New Zealand in the semi final of the World Cup. Blue & Amber ’ New Zealand born coach Brian McClennan was also there to give fans some half time analysis.
The new shirt is available to buy in store and online priced £40 for adults and ladies, £30 for juniors and £25 for mini kits for infants. To buy the kit online simply click here.

SEVEN LEEDS PLAYERS NAMED IN ENGLAND SQUAD

Tony Smith has named seven Blue & Amber players in his England side to face New Zealand in Saturday’s semi final match against New Zealand.
Keith Senior, Lee Smith, Rob Burrow, Jamie Peacock, Gareth Ellis and Jamie Peacock have all been named in the starting 13, whilst Kevin Sinfield is amongst the replacements in the 19 man squad.
England will take on the Kiwis in Brisbane on Saturday, kick off 8.55 GMT and will be looking for their first win since their World Cup opener against Papua New Guinea
